Molly Schlachter is a Lancaster photographer and founder of Photo Jam, the creative community she built around curiosity, connection, and the joy of seeing the world more beautiful. She's been making pictures for more than 20 years and believes a camera is a pretty excellent excuse to pay attention, get out of your own head, and occasionally talk to strangers.
